有色金屬行業面臨“雙擠壓、三約束”局面

中國有色金屬工業協會三屆五次理事會日前在北京召開。會議總結了2014年行業運行和協會工作，部署了2015年工作。國務院參事、中國有色金屬工業協會會長陳全訓出席會議並做了工作報告。陳全訓認為，從行業發展來看，隨著轉型升級進入深水區，行業發展外部環境日益複雜，有色金屬行業面臨突出的“雙擠壓、三約束”的局面，即價格上不去、成本下不來，產能過剩的約束、技術水準的約束、生態環保的約束。
陳全訓提出2015年也有多個機遇：一是全面深化改革的機遇。2015年是改革的重點突破之年，三中全會部署的336項改革措施要完成55項，改革的一個重點是市場體系和市場秩序的建立完善。二是進一步對外開放的機遇。首先是實施“一帶一路”戰略，其次是區域經濟一體化和中韓、中澳等自貿區建設加速，給企業帶來關稅降低、出行便利、市場拓展等利好。三是實施“中國製造2025”的機遇。預計今年有色金屬工業生產、消費、投資將保持6%左右的增長速度。為此要抓住穩定增長不動搖，抓住技術創新不停步，抓住資源環保不放鬆。(新聞來源：中國選礦技術網 )
