全球首條8.5代IGZO面板生產線產品面世

3月30日，中國電子在南京舉辦全球首條8.5代IGZO液晶面板生產線產品推介會，來自DELL、三星、LG、創維、聯想、小米等全球30餘家重要IT企業集團以及行業的200余位專家代表出席此次推介會。
2015年3月10日，全球第一條8.5代金屬氧化物工藝（IGZO）液晶面板生產線專案在南京中國電子熊貓集團建成投入運行，標誌著我國在新型平板顯示領域又突破了一項關鍵工藝技術，填補了我國IGZO量產技術的空白，對於發展我國TFT-LCD高端顯示技術，提升顯示產品的綜合競爭實力具有重要意義。
據瞭解，項目自2013年7月開工建設，不到20個月時間便建成投產，力爭於2015年年底實現滿產。IGZO技術的優勢在於既能保證超高清解析度，還具有低功耗特點，同時成本也更具競爭優勢。而與國內其他8.5代線比，該產品線採用70%中小屏、30%TV的產品組合方案，兼顧大中小屏，產品幾乎覆蓋當前市場的主要尺寸。(新聞來源：中國電子報)
