聯芯積體電路項目在廈門動工

近日，由全球積體電路巨頭臺灣聯華電子股份有限公司在廈門市投資建設的12英寸晶圓專案——聯芯積體電路製造專案，在廈門火炬（翔安）產業園舉行動土典禮。
作為2015年省重點項目和市重大專案，聯芯積體電路製造專案設計規劃最大月產能為12英寸晶圓5萬片，總投資62億美元，明年12月試生產，2021年12月達產。專案達產後，聯華電子還將繼續投入資金啟動第二座5萬片產能的晶圓廠建設。
按照計畫，聯芯積體電路專案將利用聯華電子世界級的製造技術、先進的管理和國際客戶群體，結合中國大陸資源和市場優勢，帶動廈門火炬高新區乃至廈門市完成積體電路的全產業鏈佈局。這一項目也使兩岸在積體電路領域的合作向前更進了一步。（新聞來源：廈門日報）
