OKI搶攻PCB市場、傳擴增日本產能20%

日經新聞31日報導，日本電子元件大廠沖電氣工業(OKI Electric)計畫收購橫河電機(Yokogawa Electric)旗下印刷電路板(PCB)事業，藉此將日本國內PCB產能提高20%。
據報導，OKI計畫於今年4月1日斥資約20-30億日圓收購橫河電機旗下負責生產PCB的青梅事業所，以金額換算，青梅事業所PCB產能約30億日圓、且目前的產能利用率僅約50%。
報導指出，OKI計畫於2016年度將以PCB為主的EMS(電子產品代工服務)事業營收較2013年度提高24%至460億日圓，而藉由上述收購案，有望讓OKI該目標提前達陣。(新聞來源：MoneyDJ 新聞)
