超華科技通過高新技術企業重新認定

2015年3月27日公告,超華科技於近日收到由廣東省科學技術廳、廣東省財政廳、廣東省國家稅務局和廣東省地方稅務局聯合下發的粵科高《關於公佈廣東省2014年第一、二批高新技術企業名單的通知》,公司順利通過高新技術企業資格的重新認定,高新技術企業證書編號為GR201444001346,發證日期為2014年10月10日,資格有效期三年。
根據相關規定，本次獲得高新技術企業重新認定後，公司將連續三年（2014年、2015年和2016年）繼續享受高新技術企業所得稅優惠政策，即按15%的稅率繳納企業所得稅。(新聞來源：中國證券報)
