高頻覆銅板被列入2015年工業強基專項行動實施方案

2015年3月5日，工業和資訊化部以工信部規[2015]66號文，發出《工業和資訊化部關於開展2015年工業強基專項行動的通知》。在附件《2015年工業強基專項行動實施方案》的“三 重點工作 （四）組織實施工業強基示範工程”中，有“關鍵基礎材料工程化、產業化重點支持航空航太用高溫合金和記憶合金、核用高純硼酸、聚四氟乙烯纖維及濾料、高頻覆銅板、片式電容器用介質材料等方向，提升材料保障能力。”
實施方案在進度安排中說，3-9月為推進階段。工信部聯合財政部部署啟動示範工程工作，組織開展招標評審等工作。(新聞來源：工信部網站)
