2014年手機面板總出貨量達20億片 年增10%

根據行業機構調研移動手機面板出貨量及預測顯示，2014年移動手機面板出貨量(包括功能機和智慧機)預計將達20億片，年增10%。該機構指出，去年移動手機面板出貨量增長，主要受到中國大陸市場和Apple所推動。
然而，該機構認為，2014年對智慧手機面板ASP(平均銷售價格)也是充滿挑戰的一年，5吋LTPS TFT-LCD 1920 × 1080 IPS/FFS技術的智慧手機面板價格從1月的$30跌至12月份的$21，一年內跌幅達30%，每月跌幅超過2%。另外，2014年對於Oxide TFT-LCD移動手機面板而言，則是具重大意義的一年。Oxide TFT-LCD出貨量從2013年300萬片增長至2014年的3，700萬片，增幅達1，036%。主要用於Galaxy的AMOLED面板出貨相對平穩，2013年為2億100萬片，2014年預計將為2億200萬片。
由於其它手機品牌廠商均對AMOLED興趣不大，三星顯示仍是唯一AMOLED移動手機面板供應商。(新聞來源：精神新聞)
