天馬微電子斥資120億元人民幣入駐武漢

近日，中航工業集團旗下的天馬集團，在武漢光穀再斥120億元人民幣，進軍LTPS市場。 而去年9月16日，總投資160億元人民幣的TCL華星光電第6代低溫多晶矽（LTPS）生產線也在武漢光穀動建。
明年，兩大面板生產線將雙雙投產。屆時，光穀每月可生產中小顯示面板6萬張，年產顯示模組1.6億片，相當於每天供應44萬部智慧手機，成為全球最大的中小面板研發與製造基地。
近年來，高端智慧手機和平板電腦的消費浪潮席捲全球。為打破長期以來在中小尺寸面板上依賴日韓進口的局面，京東方、華星光電、天馬微電子3家國內面板龍頭相繼佈局LTPS技術。天馬迅速在全國多個城市進行LTPS中小尺寸面板基地的選址。
