興森科技2018萬美元收購Fineline 30%股權

興森科技3月24日晚間發佈公告，公司全資子興森香港與FineLine PCB(Cyprus) Ltd.於3月20日正式簽署收購協議，以總價2018.25萬美元的價格取得Fineline30%的股權。收購完成後，興森香港將控股Fineline。
根據協定約定，興森香港於3月20日以現金形式向FLP支付了首期收購股權款（尾款將於4月15日前支付完畢），至此正式取得了標的公司Fineline30%的股權。此次交易完成後子公司興森香港現合計持有Fineline60%的股權，擁有Fineline的控股權。(新聞來源：證券時報網)
