大陸國務院批准設立跨境電子商務綜合試驗區

大陸國務院日前印發《關於同意設立中國（杭州）跨境電子商務綜合試驗區的批復》（以下簡稱《批復》）。
《批復》明確了該綜合試驗區的定位和作用，提出以深化改革、擴大開放為動力，著力在跨境電子商務各環節的技術標準、業務流程、監管模式和資訊化建設等方面先行先試，通過制度創新、管理創新、服務創新和協同發展，破解跨境電子商務發展中的深層次矛盾和體制性難題，打造跨境電子商務完整的產業鏈和生態鏈，逐步形成一套適應和引領全球跨境電子商務發展的管理制度和規則，推動大陸跨境電子商務發展提供可複製、可推廣的經驗。
當前，大陸跨境電子商務快速發展，已經成為創新驅動發展的重要引擎和大眾創業、萬眾創新的重要管道。但同時，作為新生事物，大陸跨境電子商務也面臨一些制約因素，如業務模式與現行的監管和服務體系不相適應，尚未形成完整的產業鏈和生態鏈，未有效解決深層次矛盾和體制性難題等，有必要通過試點試驗，探索形成更加有利於跨境電子商務發展的政策體系和營商環境。(新聞來源：新浪網)
