南京中電熊貓液晶面板8.5代線投片運行

南京中電熊貓公告，南京中電熊貓平板顯示科技有限公司建設的全球首條8.5代金屬氧化物工藝（IGZO）TFT-LCD生產線於3月10日投片運行。
平板顯示的8.5代金屬氧化物工藝（IGZO）TFT-LCD生產線設計年產能72萬片玻璃基板（2200mm×2500mm），預計年銷售額達到267.1億元人民幣。主要產品包含手機、平板電腦、筆電、監視器、電視五大類面板及模組產品，產線市場應變能力強。
南京中電熊貓平板顯示科技有限公司稱，該產線的投入運行，對提升公司顯示產品的綜合競爭力具有重要意義。(新聞來源：上海電子網)
