台灣欣興電子PCB專案落戶江蘇海陵

近日，江蘇省泰州市政府及海陵區政府與台灣欣興電子股份有限公司隆重舉行專案合作簽約儀式，標誌著總投資7至8億美元的欣興電子印刷線路板專案正式落戶市新能源產業園區。
據瞭解，台灣欣興電子股份有限公司成立於1990年，總部位於台灣桃園龜山工業區，是世界級印刷電路板領軍企業，為全球電路板、積體電路載板產業的最大生產商和供應商，目前在該領域全球排名第一。欣興電子致力於新產品與新技術的開發，已成為世界先進手機HDI板（高密度互聯基板）及IC封裝載板的主要供應商。該企業在大陸的蘇州、深圳等地已投資建設多家工廠。
據介紹，欣興電子印刷線路板專案總投資7至8億美元，專案共分4期投資建設，將在新能源產業園區建設高端線路板生產基地。其中一期項目總投資1.8億美元，用地295畝，註冊資本6000萬美元。預計今年下半年開工建設，明年底建成投產，主要生產印製線路板、各種載板、軟板及其他高端電子產品。（新聞來源：泰州日報）
