中國大陸首套智慧感知加工機器人研發成功

在遼寧省瀋陽遠大科技園，大陸首套具有智慧感知加工系統的ARSMA機器人已為大連船用推進器有限公司的船用推進器槳葉進行自動化處理。這項世界尖端技術填補了中國大陸機器人在大型複雜曲面加工以及對難加工材料進行加工等領域的空白。
ARSMA機器人不僅可以改善原有打磨工藝粉塵大、油污重、易爆炸的工作環境，更可以為我國先進船舶製造尤其是尖端軍工產品製造作出貢獻。
現在的工業機器人基本上都是通過單一的位置控制策略進行程式設計的。而ARSMA機器人加工系統具備高精度的力控系統和視覺引導系統，使機器人同時具有了“觸覺”和“視覺”，也就是給機器人添上了“手”和“眼睛”，這樣就可以在很大程度上類比人工工作方式來實現一些複雜的加工工藝。此外，該系統還具備離線程式設計系統和高頻振動輔助加工系統，使其更加適用於大型複雜曲面和難加工材料的機器人加工，將在航空航太、海洋船舶、汽車製造、軌道交通等領域得到廣泛應用。（新聞來源：機電線上）
