比亞迪打包出售FPC業務 聚焦新能源汽車

2月12日比亞迪公告，公司於當日與合力泰簽訂《戰略合作暨非公開發行股份及支付現金購買資產框架協議》；擬向合力泰科技股份有限公司出售全資子公司深圳市比亞迪電子部品件有限公司100%股權；擬出售的電子部品件三大完整業務體系包括：柔性線路板，液晶顯示模組，攝像頭模組。
合力泰公司從事柔性線路板產品的研發、生產和銷售，比亞迪擬於完成前將與液晶顯示幕及模組、攝像頭產品相關的全部經營性資產、業務一併整合入目標公司，則目標公司將形成柔性線路板、液晶顯示幕及模組、攝像頭產品三大完整業務體系。
比亞迪表示出售將強化戰略聚焦，加快業務轉型升級，優化資產結構和資源配置，推動集中資源發展核心業務，有利於促進新能源汽車業務的長遠發展。(新聞來源：證券時報網)
