2015年2月16日，光華科技公司在深交所首次公開發行3000萬股新股，正式宣告公司在深交所中小板掛牌上市。光華科技首次公開發行3000萬股，每股的初始發行價格為12.31元人民幣。
廣東光華科技股份有限公司(下簡稱光華科技)創立於1980年,從事專用化學品的歷史長達30多年,定位於專用化學品的高端領域,產品系列比較完善。擁有34項專利,並主持修訂了12項化學試劑國家標準和1項化學試劑行業標準,參與修訂了6項化學試劑“工作基準試劑”國家標準。已有62個化學試劑產品經國家標準化管理委員會和廣東省品質技術監督局審核,被確認為採用國際標準產品。主要產品為孔金屬化鍍銅系列、鍍錫系列、鍍鎳金系列、褪膜系列、完成表面處理系列等,其中褪菲林液、棕化液、OSP有機可焊保護劑等產品處於國內領先水準。（新聞來源：PCB網城）
