浙江出臺促進互聯網金融發展暫行辦法

浙江省金融辦等多部門近日聯合出臺《浙江省促進互聯網金融持續健康發展暫行辦法》，明確互聯網金融以服務實體經濟為本，走新型專業化金融服務模式之路，並力爭將浙江打造成全國互聯網金融創新中心。
辦法強調互聯網金融應嚴守法律底線，並對協力廠商支付機構、p2p網路借貸平臺、股權眾籌融資平臺、金融產品網路銷售平臺分別提出了明確應遵守的主要規則，並強調互聯網金融應有效保障資訊科技安全。
根據辦法，浙江省級相關部門、中央在浙金融管理部門將參與建立互聯網金融持續健康發展聯席會議機制，跟蹤分析全省互聯網金融發展情況，推動建立風險防控和應急處置機制。(新聞來源：南昌日報)
