大陸國務院首次佈局雲計算

1月31日，大陸國務院印發了《關於促進雲計算創新發展培育資訊產業新業態的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》)，以促進雲計算創新發展，積極培育資訊產業新業態。《意見》提出，到2017年，初步形成安全保障有力，服務創新、技術創新和管理創新協同推進的雲計算發展格局，帶動相關產業快速發展。到2020年，雲計算應用基本普及，雲計算服務能力達到國際先進水準，掌握雲計算關鍵技術，形成若干具有較強國際競爭力的雲計算骨幹企業。
其中，2014年大陸雲計算產業規模達6,500億元人民幣左右，增速為55%，預計未來幾年大陸雲計算產業將保持50%～60%的增長率。市場研究機構IDC資料顯示，2015～2018年，全球雲計算服務市場平均每年將增長26%，而大陸將以接近45%的年複合增長率增長。
為保障產業發展，《意見》還提出包括完善市場環境、加大財稅政策扶持力度、完善投融資政策和建立健全標準規範體系等七條措施。與此同時，《意見》要求引導設立一批雲計算創業投資基金。此外，《意見》還要求，加快推進雲計算標準體系建設，加強人才隊伍建設，並支援雲計算企業通過海外並購等方式，積極開拓國際市場。(新聞來源：上海電子網)
