均豪切入智慧自動化 開發客制化系統整合應用

設備廠均豪自模具製作起家，自1978年成立迄今邁入第37年，面板相關設備產品達六七成，未來將配合產業轉型和技術提升，轉而提高觸控面板及玻璃廠相關設備。以終端應用產業類別來看，半導體設備占3成，光電部分占3成5，生化和醫療檢測占1成。受惠全球面板廠積極擴廠，均豪獲得大陸四座6代線的低溫多晶矽（LTPS）廠，以及二座8.5代面板廠設備訂單，周邊配套玻璃薄化設備需求提升，都成為均豪產能稼動的支撐力。均豪去(2014)年獲經濟部表彰產業隱形冠軍「卓越中堅企業獎」，及中科管理局頒發之「高科技設備前瞻技術發展計畫獎」及落羽松植栽維護的「廠房綠美化獎」。
除原有的面板設備領域外，就PCB產業鏈提供切、磨、洗、貼、檢等機台設備Total Solution，未來看好自動化發展，均豪以半導體與面板產業高度自動化的豐富經驗，也切入智慧自動化系統，開發軟體MES製造執行系統，如設備配方管控、多台檢測設備集中管理、高精度貼合機之問題診斷等系統功能，強調虛實整合的智慧自動化應用。面臨產業多變未來，葉勝發董事長強調均豪在臺灣以創新價值和高產值為主，發展專業應用技術、加強關鍵核心技術開發，並建構中國大陸行銷通路，以求擴大市場佔有率，追求獲利成長。(資料來源：中時電子報、經濟日報、TPCA設備促進會參訪摘要)
