廈門、福州、平潭三個自貿園區預計3月掛牌

福建省正在制訂中國(福建)自貿試驗區的統一負面清單，廈門、福州、平潭三個自貿園區預計在今年3月份掛牌成立，而這些計畫都需要等待國務院批復同意後實施。
據瞭解，三地上報的實施方案包括自貿園區建設的總體目標和2015年重點試驗任務等。在今後的自貿園區建設中，政府職能轉變是首要的任務，涉及“相對集中行政權”、“簡化的審批服務模式”以及“外商投資准入前國民待遇加負面清單”的管理模式等，預計在三個自貿園區建設過程中，非產業發展目錄禁止的專案都將全面向外資開放。而中國(福建)自貿試驗區也將側重於對臺合作交流等。(新聞來源：中國廣播網)
