陸企產能嚴重過剩 政府擬策略調整

目前中國製造業平均有近28%的產能閒置，35.5%的製造業企業產能利用率在75%以下，其中包括鋼鐵、有色、水泥、煤化工、平板玻璃、造船、風電設備、多晶矽等產能嚴重過剩，成為經濟發展的負面因素，因此大陸國家發改委計畫會同工信部、財政部等有關部門推動化解產能過剩的工作方案，研究提出綜合措施，加快產業結構調整，促進經濟持續健康發展。(來源：經濟日報)
