天津市推廣電動車鼓勵方案

在能源與環境問題日益凸顯的今天，具有低能耗、零污染等優勢的新能源車愈發受人青睞。近日，天津市公告《天津市新能源汽車推廣應用實施方案》，將加快配套基礎設施建設，在公車、郵政快遞車、計程車、環衛車、公務用車、企業和私人用車6個領域組織推廣應用新能源汽車，預計2015年將達1.2萬輛。
自2013年至2014年12月，天津市累計推廣新能源汽車2825輛，已初步形成了整車、動力總成、電池系統、專用零部件等較為完整的產業體系，新能源汽車電池、動力系統等關鍵技術達到大陸和國際領先水準。同時，新能源汽車基礎設施建設進一步加強，已建成各類充、換電站21座，充電樁500餘個。
2015年，天津市將重點推廣純電動汽車，選擇合理的充、換電模式，加快基礎設施建設，為新能源汽車應用提供保障。同時，完善以自用充電設施為主、公共快速充電設施為補充的覆蓋全市的新能源汽車充電網路，基本實現城區充電便利化、網路化，通過推廣應用，還將帶動本市新能源汽車產業發展，推進城市交通領域能源消費結構調整。（新聞來源：今晚網）
