蘇州勝利精密收購三公司 切入移動智能終端

近日，蘇州勝利精密公司擬通過發行股份及支付現金方式購買智誠光學73.31%股權、富強科技100%股權以及德樂科技100%股份。
勝利精密表示，本次收購的標的公司智誠光學的主營業務是手機、平板電腦等平板顯示器視窗防護玻璃的研發、生產和銷售；富強科技是某全球知名消費電子企業在智能手錶專案上的生產線集成及組裝與檢測設備供應商，德樂科技是移動通信管道服務商。
通過本次並購，公司將切入移動智能終端產業鏈和自動化檢測和組裝設備的製造及服務領域，不僅可以滿足下游客戶對供應商產品多樣化的需求，還可以充分利用各細分產品之間在技術、人員、原材料等方面的協同效應，通過管理產品組合，提升整體生產效率，實現規模效應和可持續性增長，推動公司成為橫跨電視、電腦、手機、可穿戴設備等全尺寸智能終端的核心模組製造服務供應商。（新聞來源：騰訊新聞）
