長園集團收購運泰利 加碼智能汽車業務佈局

長園集團擬以發行股份和支付現金方式收購運泰利100%股權，並向華夏人壽-萬能保險產品、藏金壹號、沃爾核材發行股份募集配套資金。長園集團表示，重組完成後，公司將重點佈局智能汽車行業和先進製造領域。
據介紹，運泰利主要從事精密測試設備和工業自動化裝備的研發、生產和銷售。其中，運泰利的測試設備產品主要用於智能手機、平板電腦、電腦、可穿戴設備生產過程中的測試環節；工業自動化設備主要是為客戶提供定制化的自動化設備及綜合解決方案，下游客戶主要分佈在電子、汽車、新能源和醫療行業等。
長園集團表示，通過本次交易，公司將在協助運泰利擴展現有業務的同時，進一步將測試技術和自動化技術在汽車電子領域進行複製和轉移，積極佈局智能汽車的，通過整合運泰利的先進製造能力，戰略佈局智能汽車行業。同時運泰利將與公司進一步優化資源配置，整合各自現有技術優勢，進一步培育汽車電子領域的優質客戶，實現在新能源汽車和智能汽車領域的戰略佈局。（新聞來源：搜狐新聞）
