小米科技12.66億元人民幣入股美的集團

小米公司與美的集團近日同時發佈公告，小米科技斥資12.66億元人民幣入股美的集團，美的集團將以每股23.01元人民幣價格向小米科技定向增發5500萬股，募資不超過12.66億元人民幣。
據悉，今年美的將完成25個智能家電品類的發佈，營養智慧管家、水健康智能管家、能源安放智能管家等智能生活解決方案將陸續推向市場。而早前小米公司成立生態鏈團隊，主要負責投資智能硬體公司。目前，小米的很多明星產品都來自小米投資的生態鏈旗下的企業，如小米手環、移動電源、空氣淨化器等，分別來自華米、紫米、智米等企業。
此次小米公司和美的集團合作包括：智能家居產業鏈全面協同發展；移動互聯網電商業務全面合作；智能家居生態鏈、移動互聯網創新的共同投資。（新聞來源：騰訊新聞）
