中國大陸光伏產品遭加拿大“雙反”調查

加拿大邊境服務局宣佈正式對來自中國大陸的晶矽光伏組件和薄膜太陽能產品啟動反補貼、反傾銷調查。根據加拿大法律規定，加將於2015年3月5日做出傾銷和補貼初裁，並於2015年6月3日前做出終裁。
據悉，被調查的上述產品包括與光伏組件的其他部分共同運輸或包裝的薄片，以及由非晶矽、碲化鎘或銅銦鎵硒製造的薄膜晶體矽產品。其中，不包括輸出電力不超過100W的組件、薄片或薄膜產品，以及集成到其他電力產品的組件、薄片或薄膜產品。
今年10月1日，加拿大光伏產品國內生產代表企業EclipsallEnergy Corporation，HelieneInc.，Silfab Ontario Inc.和SolgateInc.向加拿大邊境服務署提出對中國大陸上述產品啟動“雙反”調查申請。並聲稱因中國大陸的補貼和傾銷造成加拿大本土企業損失和失去市場份額、減少就業、破產和倒閉。光伏行業專家趙玉文在接受媒體採訪時表示，“加拿大是中國大陸光伏產品主要出口國，特別是作為光伏大省的江蘇，有不少光伏產品出口加拿大。如果加拿大的‘雙反’最終落地，將對中國大陸光伏企業產生不小的衝擊力”。（新聞來源：北京商報）
