利好政策力促大陸新能源汽車產銷持續增長

近一個時期以來，大陸新能源汽車已獲得新一輪政策的密集扶持。隨著大陸新能源汽車利好政策逐步明朗，車企紛紛加速推出新能源車型搶佔市場。大陸汽車工業協會預計，今年大陸新能源汽車產銷有望突破5萬輛。
大陸國家發改委日前正式出臺新能源汽車生產准入條件徵求意見稿，業內專家稱，此舉表明大陸新能源汽車生產資質有望進一步放寬，未來將有更多非汽車生產商進入電動汽車行業，行業發展的進程由此加快。
特別是，近期新能源汽車中涉及充電設施獎勵、地方補貼車型目錄取消，鋰電池補貼等政策也相繼推出。大陸財政部等四部委11月25日聯合下發通知，擬安排資金對新能源汽車推廣城市或城市群給予充電設施建設獎勵，同時鼓勵公私合營建設運營充電設施，2015年單個城市群最高獎勵金額可達1.2億元人民幣。
業界認為，新能源汽車的新政策規範了相關市場的競爭，有助於促進消費，同時更為大陸新能源汽車產業的迅猛發展指明了方向。新能源汽車熱在未來幾年或將延續。按照此前規劃，到2015年大陸新能源汽車產銷預期目標為50萬輛，而快速提升銷量仍將是下一階段的關鍵。(新聞來源：中國新聞網)
