京東方透露擬回購股權 佈局新顯示技術

京東方12月1日晚公告透露，擬以1.8億元人民幣回購地方政府所持北京子公司近1%的股權，同時將斥資6,000萬元人民幣參股“雲英穀”公司30%，以增強高解析度顯示方面的技術實力。
據悉，本次回購涉及的北京京東方顯示技術有限公司（下稱“京東方顯示”）是京東方的主要生產線之一，也是重要的盈利來源。京東方表示，隨著小尺寸產品結構調整完成，京東方顯示目前產品線已覆蓋平板電腦、筆記型電腦、顯示器、電視等各尺寸的面板，隨著今年高端電視面板滲透率提升，盈利水準大幅提高。京東方通過本次回購，進一步增強對京東方顯示的控制力，提升綜合實力。
目前，京東方旗下已經有北京、合肥兩條8.5代面板生產線在運營，重慶8.5代面板生產線也將于明年投產。但隨著移動終端產品和超高清電視的需求猛增，全球面板業的競爭焦點已經從產能轉向品質和技術。因此，基本完成產能佈局之後，京東方把新的著力點放在高解析度移動顯示技術佈局上。(新聞來源：上海電子網)
