國務院取消下放58項行政審批項目 多涉企業經營

近日，大陸國務院印發《關於取消和調整一批行政審批專案等事項的決定》，取消和下放58項行政審批專案，取消67項職業資格許可和認定事項，取消19項評比達標表彰專案，將82項工商登記前置審批事項調整或明確為後置審批。另建議取消和下放32項依據有關法律設立的行政審批和職業資格許可認定事項，將7項依據有關法律設立的工商登記前置審批事項改為後置審批，國務院將依照法定程式提請全國人大常委會修訂相關法律規定。
本次取消和下放行政審批事項有三個特點。一是“含金”量高。其中，涉及投資、企業經營45項，占78%；金融類12項，占21%。二是取消事項多。直接取消的事項達42項，占72%。對面向公民、法人和其他組織的非行政許可審批事項，以取消為主，徹底改革。三是非行政許可審批事項比重大。共有25項，占43%。這些事項的取消和下放，有利於降低企業投融資成本、減輕企業負擔，加快建立透明誠信的市場秩序。 (新聞來源:北京晨報)
