華天科技擬2.5億人民幣收購美國FCI公司

14日晚間，華天科技發佈公告稱，公司擬在不超過4,200萬美元(折合約為25,788萬元人民幣)範圍內，以自有資金收購美國FlipChip International,LLC公司(簡稱“FCI公司”)及其子公司100%的股權。
據悉，FCI公司是在美國特拉華州設立的有限責任公司，主要從事積體電路的封裝設計、晶圓級封裝及測試，以及傳統塑膠封裝及測試業務。
對於華天科技的公告，有分析認為，華天科技擬4,200萬美元收購FCI公司，有利於公司進一步提高晶圓級積體電路封裝及FC積體電路封裝的技術水準，改善公司客戶結構，提高公司在國際市場的競爭能力，因此解讀為利好消息。（新聞來源：新浪財經）
