大陸近期光伏業回暖明顯 或迎來新一輪增長

11月6日從江蘇無錫舉行的第六屆中國(無錫)國際新能源大會暨展覽會上瞭解到，由於國內市場大規模的啟動和海外市場的發展，光伏產業自去年下半年以來正在持續回暖，很多企業恢復了盈利。據統計進入工信部名單的企業利潤率達到合理水準，領先企業已連續幾個季度達到100%滿產，全行業產能過剩的局面已不存在。整體回暖跡象明顯，招致各類社會資本再次湧入，已形成一片欣欣向榮的局面，但與會專家呼籲需理性對待並規範行業管理及相關國家標準的完善以期真正實現可持續健康發展。
據瞭解，大陸光伏行業是國家重要的戰略性新興產業，也是大陸為數不多的具有國際競爭力的優勢產業。自去年以來國務院《關於推動光伏行業健康發展的若干意見》出臺後，大陸中央相關部委也推出了一系列扶持政策，光伏行業面臨良好的發展機遇。近期國家能源局又公佈了關於進一步落實分散式光伏發電有關政策的通知，並聯合國務院扶貧辦發佈了光伏扶貧工程工作方案，國家層面的政策環境非常良好。
業內專家也表示，由於領先技術創新和技術進步，部分落後產能正在被市場淘汰，未來幾年行業還會處於持續的優勝劣汰和兼併整合的發展階段。(新聞來源：中國新聞網)
