京東方:鄂5.5代線料明年中期滿產

近日，京東方對外表示，其鄂爾多斯AMOLED 5.5代線投產後進展順利，已於今年7月進入量產，預計將于明年年中一期滿產。鄂爾多斯AMOLED 5.5代線項目總投資220億元人民幣，建築面積約46.7萬平方米，設計產能為5.4萬片玻璃基板/月，產品定位主要為中小尺寸LTPS及AMOLED高端顯示器件。
據悉，作為大陸高代面板企業的代表，京東方在國內已經擁有TFT-LCD4.5代線、5代線、6代線及8.5代線，加上目前在建的OLED5.5代線，京東方已經成為全球第五大面板生產企業。(新聞來源：上海電子網)
