全球近八成手機產自大陸 自主晶片卻不足3%

大陸工信部的資料顯示，2013年大陸積體電路進口高達2,313億美元，同比增長20.5%。事實上，大陸已有十餘年積體電路進口額超過石油，長期居各類進口產品之首。
然而作為全世界最大的手機生產國，有77%的手機是大陸造的，但自產的手機晶片連全球的3%都不到。業內人士表示，由於環境及人力成本優勢，一些企業沉浸於低端製造所帶來的利潤，在升級轉型方面腳步遲緩，而國家在相關領域的投入也略顯不足。
與此同時，大陸已經意識到高端製造業在發展經濟中所貢獻的力量。國務院6月24日公佈的《國家積體電路產業發展推進綱要》，隨後又專門發文推進智慧製造、機器人等產業的發展。目前，大陸各地政府正在採取積極的行動，把製造業時間升級、高端製造業培育提高到戰略新興產業層面予以扶持壯大。專家建議，應緊緊抓住科技創新的需求導向和產業化方向。科研機構和企業也應當緊密結合行業發展趨勢和市場需求進行科研攻關，同時，圍繞企業創新需求，政府部門需加強融資平臺建設，企業孵化平臺建設等公共服務，引導創新資源有效聚集，激發創新要素釋放能量。（新聞來源：新華視點）
