日幣貶值 調研：對PCB競爭影響有限

日幣加大QE(量化寬鬆)促使日幣快速貶值，市場擔憂日幣貶值將有利於日廠增加全球競爭優勢，尤以PCB產業影響最深，IEK資深產業分析師江柏風表示，由於日本PCB生產基地已移往海外，幣別貶值對於產業競爭影響有限。
據瞭解，今年PCB上市公司華通、欣興高階HDI(高密度連接板)訂單增加，即是因為日廠揖斐電(Ibiden)將北京生產基地移往馬來西亞，遷廠不順導致訂單流往台廠，而揖斐電遷廠主因即是因為大陸政府實施廢水總量管制，迫使廠商外移。江柏風認為訂單轉往台廠之後將難以回流，舉出藤倉(Fujikura)當年因泰國大水導致訂單轉往台系軟板廠如F-臻鼎、台郡等，外流訂單未因水患解除而回流藤倉，一舉讓臺灣軟板廠站穩全球供應鏈，樂觀看待台廠HDI全球市占不因揖斐電馬來西亞擴產而受衝擊。
江柏風表示，尤其日廠于海外建立生產基地，生產外移導致日幣貶值對於價格並無直接挹注，臺灣PCB產業明年仍正向樂觀發展。(新聞來源：聯合晚報)
