臻鼎科技投入300億元 啟動五年營運擴張計畫

在康和綜合證券與櫃檯買賣中心合作推動下，臻鼎科技今年6月在新加坡發行之3億美元ECB，（10）日回台完成雙掛牌，成為臺灣首檔ECB回台掛牌之先驅！國內主辦券商康和綜合證券表示，回台掛牌除使國內投資人可於國內市場投資大型跨國優質企業所發行之ECB外，並可活絡該公司ECB交易市場之流動性。
今年受惠Apple持續調整全球FPC供應鏈，臻鼎科技規畫投入300億元啟動下一階段五年營運擴張計畫，產品組合朝多元化發展，營運成長趨勢明確，若以軟板來看，則僅次於全球第一大廠－旗勝，穩居全球第二大。
複以今年全球軟板含元件產值約180億美元，臻鼎科技今年軟板（FPC）營收可望超越往年，該公司今年全球軟板市占率可達10％以上，目前臻鼎科技已為蘋果軟板主要供應商，產能與規模居於絕對領先的位置，此外該公司今年也打入非蘋陣營，包含小米手機、亞馬遜平板的軟板訂單，訂單持續增加中。法人預估，該公司去年PCB全球市占約3.92％，今年可望突破4％，下半年獲利可望挑戰新高。(新聞來源：中時電子報)
