TTM與惠亞合併為全球業務提供擴展功能

美國印製電路板 (PCB) 製造商TTM Technologies，將以約3.68億美元悉數收購惠亞集團 (Viasystems) 的流通股。在包括債務承擔後，總成交額約為9.27億美元。TTM收購惠亞集團，將聯合創造PCB製造王國。據悉， 兩家公司合併後在全球將擁有約3萬名員工及28座生產設施。
TTM和惠亞的合併提供的擴展功能涉足全球範圍，從而為更多客戶和終端市場服務。下一個步，兩家公司將加速戰略，採用多元化業務，並減少手機終端市場固有的季節性影響。 (新聞來源:evertiq)
