PCB擴產 志聖揚博受惠

PCB業者因應市場需求強勁，2015年持續擴充高密度連接板（HDI）與軟板（FPC）產能；市場預期，將帶動相關設備需求未來兩年成長率超越整體產業平均值，志聖、揚博等商機可期。
PCB相關設備商分別指出，台系廠商積極增加高階製程營收貢獻比重，在洽購設備的積極度快速提高，目前訂單能見度已到2015年第2季初。目前台系PCB廠商評估客戶需求變化，依產能填滿或經常性滿載的程度，內部個別研擬2015年的產能規畫。
據台灣電路板協會與工研院IEK最新報告顯示，PCB產業未來六年維持健康成長，年複合成長率（CAGR）最高則在設備、CAGR上看7.8%，超過產業平均的6%，也驗證相關業者的看法。 （新聞來源：聯合新聞網）
