超華科技擬2.23億人民幣收購惠州合正

廣東超華科技宣佈，擬以不超過2.23億元人民幣協議收購億大實業持有的惠州合正電子科技有限公司100%股權，收購完成後，惠州合正將變更為陸資企業。本次收購可以有效延伸超華科技的產業鏈，提高產品檔次；並且有利於整合資源，優化產品結構，降低生產成本，擴大國外市場的銷售份額，增加盈利水準。（來源：PCB資訊網）
