國務院下發《關於加強審計工作的意見》

國務院近日下發《關於加強審計工作的意見》，《意見》首次提出，國家重大決策部署落實將成為審計重點，審計將真正成為權利運行的“緊箍咒”。
審計署副審計長孫寶厚說，此次下發的《關於加強審計工作的意見》全面而系統地對審計工作進行了準確定位，重點強調了審計的三個作用：一個是監督重大決策的落實，保障政令暢通；第二是監督依法履職盡責，促進法治政府，簡樸政府和廉潔政府的建設；第三個重點是跟蹤問題的整改，加大問責力度和制度建設的力度，促使少發生甚至不發生問題。
《意見》指出，被審計單位主要負責人作為整改第一責任人，各級政府要將整改納入督察督辦事項。審計署審計研究所所長崔振龍認為，這將使審計在反腐中發揮更大的作用。
《意見》要求，凡是涉及管理、分配、使用公共資金、國有資產、國有資源的部門、單位和個人，都要自覺接受審計、配合審計，不得設置障礙。崔振龍說，這些要求將從根本上解決“進門難、看賬難、取證難”問題，為審計機關更好地開展工作鋪平道路。（新聞來源：央廣網）
