明年9月銅價還將出現一波下跌

2014年下半年一波銅礦新專案及擴建專案湧現，如智利的MMH、Caserones 和 Sierra Gorda，秘魯的中鋁Toromocho，尚比亞的第一量子的Sentinel專案，剛果的Mutanda和Kamoto KOV擴建專案，此外自由港印尼專案也於8月份重啟。預計銅價明年9月還將出現一波下跌。
分析師Robin Bhar表示，銅價不會在該區域停留太久，因為低價將吸引中國買家出售採購。
該行預計受供應過剩影響，明年夏季銅價或觸及每噸6,000美元之下的穀底。預計2015年銅價在每噸6,225美元，2014年銅價料為每噸6,900美元。（新聞來源：和訊網）
