大陸發改委暫停受理企業債發債申請

據悉，大陸發改委將於近日開始暫停受理企業債發債申請，業內人士稱，暫停原因與債市反腐相關。
今年8月中下旬，一張債市反腐“百人名單”在企業債承銷市場掀起一場轟動，大陸發改委財金司前任司長張東生等多人被查，財金司亦有處長被安排輪崗，涉及的就是債市反腐深水區企業債一級市場發行。目前，為了規範承銷中的尋租行為，大陸發改委對證券公司在承銷企業債券中的顧問費等協議支出作出規範規定。
據悉，今年下半年以來，企業債審批、發行已經明顯降速，雖然大陸發改委將初審許可權下放至地方發改委，但地方層面積極性並不是很高。（新聞來源：新華網）
