蘋果i6熱賣 PCB供應鏈樂翻

iPhone 6熱賣顯神威，惠及華通電腦、燿華電子公佈9月營收同創歷史新高，蘋果一口氣推升4家印刷電路板供應鏈同步攻頂，業者普遍樂觀第4季更上層樓。市場普遍認定蘋果有6家台系印刷電路板（PCB）供應鏈，包括任意層（Anylayer）高密度連接（HDI）板廠華通、欣興電子及軟硬複合（Rigid Flex）板廠燿華，還有F-臻鼎科技、嘉聯益科技及台郡科技3家軟性印刷電路板（FPC）廠，9月營收昨日全數出爐，欣興、台郡分創22個月及9個月新高，另其他4家更同創歷史新高。
蘋果傳統在9月底發表新產品，供應鏈也從第3季一路衝高到第4季，今年iPhone 6魅力更勝去年，PCB硬板廠雖攻頂，但普遍力道低於FPC廠，F-臻鼎、嘉聯益及台郡9月營收月增分別為1.69％、50.69％、28.37％，但軟、硬板廠都看好第4季攻上年度高峰，FPC廠尤其樂觀，除F-臻鼎、嘉聯益看好至少逐月走高到11月，華通也有相同看法。
華通表示，9月及第3季營收優於預期，在轉投資大陸重慶廠上月底投產後，第4季起貢獻營收，在客戶產品分散，明年上半年也會優於今年同期。燿華強調，在客戶需求熱絡，Rigid Flex出貨已近滿載，10月這類產品接單依舊向上，第4季傳統淡季不淡。（新聞來源:中時電子報）
