山東菏澤廣源集團天和壓延電子銅箔通過中國大陸驗收

山東菏澤廣源集團天和壓延銅箔有限公司與北京科技大學共同承擔的國家“十二五”科技支撐計畫“高精壓延電子銅箔生產關鍵技術開發與產業化”課題，於2014年10月10日通過了中國大陸科技部專家組的驗收，形成了年產5，000噸高精電子壓延銅箔的生產能力，產品品質達到了國際標準IPC4562A的要求。
高檔黑化處理箔已批量供應市場，此項技術目前已申請了中國大陸發明專利4項（授權2項）；負責制訂了《撓性印製線路板用壓延銅箔》行業標準，參與制訂了《印製電路用金屬箔通用規範》中國大陸標準；與北京科技大學聯合組建了“壓延銅箔技術中心”，被認定為“山東省電子壓延銅箔工程實驗室” 、“山東省電子壓延銅箔工程技術研究中心”。（新聞來源:CCFA）
