貨幣政策“預調微調” 為宏觀經濟“保駕護航”

大陸央行貨幣政策委員會近日舉行三季度例會，會議指出，繼續實施穩健的貨幣政策，靈活運用多種貨幣政策工具，保持適度流動性，實現貨幣信貸及社會融資規模合理增長。
會議強調，當前中國大陸經濟運行仍處在合理區間，金融運行總體平穩，物價基本穩定，但形勢的錯綜複雜不可低估。國際經濟形勢和主要經濟體貨幣政策出現分化，美國經濟的積極跡象較多，歐元區再次加大貨幣政策寬鬆力度，部分新興經濟體實體經濟仍面臨較多困難。今年以來，中國大陸一直實施穩健的貨幣政策，沒有採取全面寬鬆的降息、降准政策來刺激經濟增長。相反，央行主動引入了一些新的政策工具，如短期流動性調節工具、抵押補充貸款工具以及定向調控措施等，通過這些工具來進行微調和定向放鬆流動性。由於目前中國大陸經濟還面臨諸多不確定性，這就要求貨幣政策既要保證經濟穩定增長，又要促進經濟改革及產業結構調整。因此，貨幣政策"預調微調"、"精准發力"，才能為宏觀經濟"保駕護航"。（新聞來源：中國廣播網）
