江蘇關停1353家化工企業 加大力度防治長江水污染

9月22日在江蘇省第十二屆人大常委會第十二次會議上，為嚴格控制長江沿線開發強度，逐步轉移沿江重污染企業，“十二五”以來，江蘇省累計關停化工企業1，353家。此外，長江沿線各地，均根據實際情況制定了重污染企業的搬遷計畫。
根據《江蘇省長江水污染防治條例》，江蘇省進一步提高環保准入門檻，更大幅度的提高沿江化工專案環保准入條件，實施“三個不批”，即新建的化工集中區一律不批，集中區外的新擴建化工專案一律不批，環境基礎設施不完善或長期不運行的集中區內的新改擴建化工專案一律不批。
在加快淘汰落後產能、加快沿江地區產業轉型升級的基礎上，全省著力推進流域水環境的聯防聯治：即繼續開展主要入江支流水環境綜合整治、推進沿江水質監測與污水處理設施“全覆蓋”、加快備用水源地建設、完善生態補償政策以及健全長江水污染應急聯動機制。（新聞來源：中國新聞網）
