宜特科技本月即將導入聲發射測試

電子檢測驗證服務公司宜特科技公佈2014年8月營收報告。2014年8月合併營收約為新台幣1.69億元，營收連四月創新高。較2013年同期增加35.05%，累計前8月營收已達12.12億元，年增15.41%。
宜特表示，今年以來，宜特在智慧手持平板測試、LED測試、車電驗證、IC可靠度驗證、材料分析與4K高速影音介面傳輸測試服務(HDMI/ MHL/ HDCP)佈局全面到位，委案量持續成長；大陸市場與類比IC測試子公司-標準科技，近幾月營收表現亮眼，挹注宜特集團營收持續維持高檔。
上月，宜特亦針對雲端基地臺/伺服器，推出聲發射測試(Acoustic Emission，簡稱AE)，此法將可協助PCB廠判斷選用哪一種銅箔印刷電路板(CCL)材料，最適合其制程環境，以克服焊盤坑裂的缺陷，並彌補電性測試之不足；宜特與國際網通大廠、美國IPC共同開發聲發射測試手法(AE)。IPC美國總部也在2013年底將此法發佈為IPC 9709 標準，宜特將此方式與本月正式導入，協助客戶確認產品品質。(新聞來源：中時電子報)
