欣興 買下大園廠設備以擴充產能

日本松下大舉淡出印刷電路板，欣興電子則搶攻高階市場，為擴充產能，11日簽約取得臺灣松下電器大園廠機器設備，最快明年上半年貢獻營收。 日本松下（Panasonic）之前信心滿滿宣佈旗下Panasonic Electronic Devices大舉擴增自家研發的多層印刷電路板（PCB）ALIVH制程產能，滿足智慧型手機等高性能行動裝置需求急速增長，除擴充臺灣松下電器中和廠，更新設大園生產基地，市場分析主要鎖定宏達電訂單，但近年宏達電營運走弱，大園廠去年啟用滿1年就決定淡出。 欣興表示，除取得臺灣松下電器位元在大園廠房設備，也買下中和廠部分設備，最快明年上半年貢獻營運。欣興擁有全球最大任意層（Any Layer）高密度連接（HDI）板產能，在智慧型手機紛採用，除本身仍在擴產，再取得松下機器設備，顯示看好Any Layer前景。(資料來源：中時電子報)
