PCB西部火速扩产中 上游CCL厂按兵不动

在上市PCB厂积极随个人计算机相关的组装厂大举进入中国大西部设厂争取就地供料的商机同时，包括精成、志超及健鼎科技等都在今年有扩厂的动作，但上游的铜箔基板厂目前对于前往大西部设厂都仅止于纸上计划阶段。 就CCL厂而言，台光电及联茂电子过去一路在大陆市场的产能由华南进一步扩充到华东的昆山、无锡等地。对于目前PCB厂在中国大西部的产能扩充案，包括台光电及联茂电子主管指出，在中国大西部目前并没有实际的投资行动要执行。联茂电子在台湾平镇、新埔及大陆黄江及无锡都有设厂，与健鼎科技合作关系密切，一度有意随健鼎科技赴湖北省仙桃市设厂供应健鼎CCL所需，但联茂电子主管指出，目前往中国大西部的投资计划暂时搁置。（新闻来源：巨亨网）
