大陸晶片產業正掀起一波購並潮

2014年第1季大陸積體電路產業銷售額為587.5億元人民幣，年增13.4%。其中以設計業和封裝測試業成長最為迅速。與此同時，大陸國務院於2014年年中通過《國家積體電路產業發展推進綱要》，公佈了8項推動晶片業的措施，引發了大陸晶片業的購並熱情。隨著大陸占全球半導體市場比重已達3/2之多，加上大陸有市場、有資源，政府也支援，國際企業則有技術，有高階人才，有先進管理經驗，雙方合作的機會很多。一些國際大廠正積極融入大陸的半導體市場：包括英特爾(Intel)和瑞芯、高通(Qualcomm)和中芯國際的合作，以及三星電子(Samsung Electronics)加碼投資大陸。
近日，由華創牽線，Hua Capital Management Ltd為首的一個投資集團，已對美國影像感測器晶片製造商豪威科技(OmniVision)提出總價約16.7億美元的現金收購要約。此為浦東新區政府成立的浦東科投，繼購並展訊、銳迪科、瀾起科技等晶片廠後，又發動的第四起海外購並計畫，顯示大陸晶片業在政策的帶動下，正掀起一波購並潮。預估從2014年下半到2015年，大陸會出現更多國際級的購併案。(新聞來源：DIGITIMES)
