四川省將設積體電路產業投資基金

作為資訊安全基礎的積體電路，今年以來備受關注。除6月底大陸國務院出臺《國家積體電路產業發展推進綱要》外，大陸不少省市相繼發佈支援政策，北京更是斥300億元人民幣鉅資建立積體電路產業基金。
近日，四川省將積體電路產業投資基金，旨在以財政資金撬動社會資本投入，並向社會公開擇優選擇基金管理團隊。基金採用市場化運作，重點對四川省積體電路行業中的骨幹企業、重大專案和創新實體進行投資，推動企業提升產能和實行兼併重組、規範企業治理。
據悉，目前大陸一條普通的月產6萬片6英寸晶片生產線，需要投資10億元人民幣。而投資一條領先的月產5萬片的12英寸28納米晶片生產線，則需要投資50億美元。“對絕大多數國內企業來講，這樣的投入都很吃力。”國際半導體設備材料協會全球副總裁、中國大陸區總裁陸郝安認為，積體電路產業風險投資機制的不完善，已經成為阻礙大陸積體電路產業做大做強的“攔路虎”，產業投資基金的設立，將助推有技術有潛力的本土企業快速成長。此消息一出，不少尚未在川佈局該領域的企業，聞風而動。（新聞來源：四川日報）
