能源發展“十二五”規劃正式發佈

大陸國務院正式發佈了《能源發展“十二五 ”規劃》， “十二五”期間，大陸將實施能源消費強度和消費總量雙控制，到2015年，全國能源消費總量和用電量分別控制在40億噸標準煤和6.15萬億千瓦時左右，將能源和電力消費總量分解到各省。受此利好影響，東方電氣 、杭鍋股份 、中核科技等受益股再度被啟動。此外還將大力調整能源產業結構，大力開發非常規天然氣資源，加快發展風能、太陽能等其他可再生能源並要求大力發展分散式可再生能源。(來源：上海商報)
